The type portraits shown above were all created using Adobe Illustrator. The first two consist of song lyrics that are both near and dear to me and make me laugh.

Although incomplete, the the photo above is a popular setting in Venice, Italy. The reason I chose this photo was the presentation of a challenge and a variety of buildings to work with. It helped in learning more about the pen to and the gradient tool.

The photo shown above is a quick example of a magazine cover using photoshop. It helped me better understand the quick select tool, saturation, and shape tools to mimic an actual magazine cover.

The photo above is an example of a dreamscape project, which is taking an original photo and exxagerrating certain feature to turn it into a fantasy.
